Please allow 10 business days from the date your order has been placed to the shipping date as each piece is made by hand, in our studio in New York City.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING

All shipments will be calculated at check-out. For security reasons, all The Condiment purchases are insured up to $300 and require a tracking number for shipping. When your order is shipped, an email will be sent out to you with a tracking number.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card for issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. 

Once your order has been shipped out and a tracking number provided, The Condiment cannot be held liable for any missing, lost or stolen packages. Our very small business is unable to support itself if we are responsible for refunding errors outside of our operations. In the rare case this should happen, please reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking number to get a refund via their insurances. If you wish to include extra insurance on high priced orders, please reach out to us by email for a quote. 

International shipments 

Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. The Condiment cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country. If a package is returned to us due to customs issues / duty non-payment when shipped internationally, it must be resent with postage paid by customer and will not be refunded or cancelled. Import tax customs are the responsibility of the customers in their respective countries.

Because each made by hand and made just for you, all items are final sale. We want to connect you with custom pieces made to last and that you will cherish for a lifetime.
